What are the warranty?

  • Electric motorcycles purchased in our store

    The warranty periods for electric motorcycles are 2 years and 6 months for lead acid batteries and 1 year for lithium batteries, when the end user is a consumer. In cases of complaints, the consumer should contact the company directly and speak with one of our technicians. (Artº 5º-A, nº 1 and 2 of LG). The guarantee applies to electrical and mechanical parts upon presentation of the invoice, excluding parts called "wear parts" or "consumables", that is to say that they are worn out by use.

  • Defective parts and accessories

    Repairs and exchanges apply only to parts and accessories with manufacturing defects, for a period of 14 (fourteen) days after purchase, upon presentation of the invoice.


Where to request warranty service?

Technical assistance

If our service center is available in your city, you can contact us at any time to request the warranty. Our technicians will inspect the item you want to repair and will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the end user is a consumer, the company has 60 days, from the date of the complaint and delivery of the product to the store, to make the repair or replacement (Artº4, nº2 from LG), through the parts being imported. When making your purchase you will receive an invoice, we advise you to keep it for a period of 2 years to be entitled to what is covered by the warranty.


In what cases is the guarantee not provided?

  • Wear damage

    Please note that our warranty does not cover damage to products that may result from normal wear and tear.

  • Unauthorized repair services

    When the product is being repaired by a third party, the buyer loses the right to receive a free warranty service.

  • Misuse or abuse

    If the product purchased at our store shows visual traces of misuse or abuse, this case will also not be covered by warranty services. However, our store will be able to provide billing repair services.

  • Natural disaster

    Natural disaster is a major force that the seller cannot prevent. Therefore, when the product fails with the natural disaster, the store is not obliged to repair it.

  • Expired warranty period

    The warranty starts on the purchase date specified on the invoice. Check the warranty period for each product. After the end of the warranty, we provide collection services.

  • Review of electric motorbikes not carried out on the scheduled dates

    During the warranty period for electric motorcycles, it is necessary to carry out the scheduled review every 6 (six) months from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. You will have a tolerance of 15 (fifteen) days to schedule a review, and if not performed, the buyer loses the right to receive the service. Revisions are necessary to maintain the durability and operation recommended by the manufacturer.

  • Electric motorcycles resold

    In situations in which the electric motorcycle is sold by the buyer identified on the invoice or to whom it was intended for sale, and is still within the warranty period, the current user will not have the rights provided for if he does not present the purchase invoice.


Returns

  • Electric Bikes

    The electric motorcycles being sold at the commercial establishment, with availability even for test drive, there is no legal obligation for the selling company to receive the return (DL nº 24/2014 of 14/2, amended by Law 47/2014 of 28 / 7), because it is free from defects, dissatisfaction and other reasons. According to the law, the company has an obligation to repair or replace parts of the acquired goods in the event of any complaints. The return of the product only occurs if the company is unable to solve the problem in any way.

  • Parts and accessories

    Parts and accessories are returned for unused products, in the original boxes, for a period of 14 (fourteen) days after purchase, upon presentation of the invoice. Not applicable to products for personal use, for example: helmets, gloves, raincoat, etc. Such rules apply to products purchased from a physical store or online, and the company is not responsible for the reshipment.
